Hmm... by this logic, you're qualified as UN Secretary General. I, however, living as I do in the middle of a completely different continent, must have no knowledge of Russia whatsoever. On the other hand, the fact that my desk is less than a quarter-mile from the Mississippi river does qualify me as a river pilot...or perhaps a catfish.
